We have special guests who’ll be contributing their personal experiences to the discussions:
Cristina Robinson is an award-winning UI/UX Designer with nearly two decades of experience designing websites, apps, and blogging. She got her start in high school where she taught herself front-end development and design which led to a desire for making the digital experience a more enjoyable one. Cristina is currently the UI/UX Designer at Sacramento digital marketing agency Three29 and can be found blogging at TheLovelyGeek.com. She volunteers her time as a WordCamp speaker as well as a mentor to design students hoping to ignite the same creative passion in future generations to come.
Emilee Rudd is an award-winning multidisciplinary creative who believes that inspiration lies at the confluence of art and design. Whether it's branding, lettering, packaging, illustration, murals, or more—she’s excited for whatever creative challenge comes next! She's had the pleasure of working with a range of clients, events, and projects from hometown favorites like Sactown Magazine and Downtown Sacramento Partnership, to national and international collaborations with wonderful folks like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Sunset Magazine, and Papyrus.
Tiffany Trieu is a creative entrepreneur who believes the world would be a better place if everyone did more of what they loved. She’s a coach for creative girl bosses, ready to build their lives and businesses on their OWN terms. While she cooks up her own business, creating playful popup experiences with killer strategy. Feed your dreams - and make sure you have snacks while doing it.
Christine Siu is currently a user experience designer at Clear Capital. She has over 6 years of in-house, agency, and freelance design experience. Some of her previous experiences include being an editorial designer for The Snack magazine in Sacramento and a product designer at ZURB in the Bay Area. She's had the opportunity to collaborate with brands across various industries, from companies as large as Mozilla to startups as small as Flerish. She has a passion for user research and her favorite part of the design process is getting to know the day-to-day of the people she's designing for.
