Kimberly Loseñara, Digital Product Designer & Lettering Artist, Co-Founder of Sac DESCO
Kimberly headed east to Sacramento after graduating from UC Davis in 2014 and has been smitten ever since! Being a military brat all her life, her next adventure was staying put and planting some roots. She craved community and regular events, but only found glimpses of it in her first couple of years, so she co-founded Sac DESCO with acquaintances (now, amazing friends) who felt the same way.
She works & plays doing digital product design and hand lettering under Be Wilder Creative, focusing on inclusive design and advocating for accessibility. She lives in midtown with her fiancé and is most likely going to a concert at any given night.
Noelle Szombathy, Graphic Designer & Co-Founder of Sac DESCO
Noelle is a graphic designer and travel photography enthusiast who enjoys living among the bustle of Midtown, Sacramento. Having graduated with a B.S. in Human Development, she took the less-traditional route to growing a design career. In early 2018 she took the plunge, quit her day-job, and decided to pursue design as a full-time endeavor. She currently works as a graphic designer on projects ranging from logos and branding to posters and editorial materials.
Noelle is also a co-founder of Sac DESCO, a free Sacramento community for individuals interested in design and design-thinking. Through Sac DESCO, she hopes to foster the same type of community that helped her build and flourish her own design skillset.
